I am available 7 days a week for consultation from 8am to 8pm. I offer custom designed programs based on your individual needs and goals.

My coaching and fitness programs are available for road, mtb, and multi-sport athletes for all levels from beginner to Elite.

Coaching programs are $180 per month for an individually tailored training program. I provide custom bike fitting for all bikes, Power testing and Power profiling every 6 weeks, written yearly/monthly/weekly training programs custom designed for you down to the minute.
Full email and phone support 24hrs a day as well as individual based skills and fitness clinics.

I will also design programs that range from 3 months to 12 months for those who don't require weekly or daily direction and want a simple program to follow. These are available as custom plans to you designed by me and not some computer program randomly generated. Prices can range from $120 for 3 months to $360 for a 12 month schedule.
